PSO-13 will carry out a large-scale reconstruction of the production building for the Abi meat processing holding company
One of Russia's largest meat processing companies, Abi Holding, has announced a strategy to increase its production capacity by 500 tonnes per day. To implement these plans, PSO-13 will carry out a major renovation of the Soviet-built production building in Vladimir, with an area of 14,290 m².
The project involves the dismantling of reinforced concrete walls, the reinforcement of supporting framework, the installation of a reinforced concrete floor with a reinforced concrete coating, the installation of a new roof and fasade, as well as the construction of two 8,000 square meters of built-in floors and four new annexes with a total area of 11,034 square meters. The dimensions of the renovated building will be 230 x 60 m².
Prior to the start of the renovation, the existing worn sewer and water networks will be replaced. The new building will house the production facilities, including clean and super-clean areas. Stainless steel sandwich panels will be used in the finishes of fasades. The building will be equipped with modern engineering networks, including cooling and steam supply.
The new production building will enable the company to increase its production of sausages, pelmeni and ready-to-cook products to 1,700 tonnes per day.
The total investment in the new facility will be around 11 billion roubles, making it one of the largest industrial investment projects in the Vladimir region.
