Years of experience shows that Clients who contract a designer first and then involve a General Contractor, do not meet the expected deadlines and budgets, and there are several reasons:
- Incorrect assessment of Project complexity at initial stages
- Delays in working documentation submittal by Designer to General Contractor
- Structural solutions implemented in a project are disconnected from the actual construction technologies
A convenient and reliable solution that reduces Client's project risks is the EPC-contract. In this case, the Client controls the performance of only one EPC-Contractor, who is entirely responsible for meeting the deadlines, quality and budget of the project.
PSO-13 is one of the few Russian companies offering investors to work under the EPC-Contract. We take all the risks associated with construction process. We offer investors both to design the facility and to construct it on a turnkey basis.
