The construction is taking place in the “Dolmatovo” Industrial Park in Moscow region. The building will include a spare parts warehouse, a workshop and a spacious office with a showroom.
The construction is taking place on the territory of Kronospan's plant located in Kaluga Special Economic Zone near the town of Lyudinovo, near the border of Kaluga and Bryansk regions. The new building will produce base paper for decorative fibreboard coatings.
The reconstruction of the 14,290 m² building will include the removal of reinforced concrete walls, the reinforcement of the supporting frame, the installation of a solid modern concrete floor, the installation of a new roof and envelope structures, the construction of two built-in floors and four new annexes.
The new plant will allow the customer to expand its production and storage capacity, upgrade its machine park, and increase the volume and range of products produced.
